Classic (and Cutting-Edge) Algorithms in Bioinformatics

A course focused on examining influential papers on algorithms in Bioinformatics. It started out as a seminar on classic algorithms in comparative genomics in the summer semester of 2022 and then gradually widened the scope to include nice algorithms and data structures, such as Suffix Arrays, Neighbor Joining, pBWT etc.
